Minami-Urawa Station (南浦和駅, Minami-urawa-eki?) is an East Japan Railway Company (JR East) railway station located in Minami-ku, Saitama, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
This station serves the Keihin-Tōhoku and Musashino Lines. Many Keihin-Tōhoku services originate and terminate at this station. In fiscal 2006, an average of 56,227 passengers boarded trains at Minami-Urawa Station daily.[1]

The station began operation on July 1, 1961 on the Keihin-Tōhoku Line.[2] The Musasino Line section was opened on April 1, 1973 when the passenger services on the line started.
