Purpose of use	This image illustrates the text next to which it appears, which describes the person in question for which it promotes.
Replaceable?	Image is of a band that is NO LONGER ACTIVE. This means that a license-free image is not likely to be found. It should be added that the free use policy does explicitly allow for this usage for broken up bands.
Other information	A free-licensed image of the person in question could not be found or created, and it is believed that such images would be difficult to find or create. If a free-licensed image can be found or created, then this photo should be replaced. This image does not take away from the copyright holder's ability to profit from it. It is thought that the person depicted or copyright holder is not against the use of the picture. If it is known that they are against its use, then it should be removed immediately.
