It is believed to be legal to put this picture from the Games Workshop official website on another site as long as it is credited as being affiliated with Games Workshop products. This image is unchanged and in the original format it was in on the Games Workshop site. As Wikipedia is a non-commercial site, it is believed that it is fair use of this copyrighted image.

This picture is a promotional image from the French Games Day 2005 (a form of GW convention): a photograph of the Minas Tirith terrain used to recreate the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. It is used on Wikipedia to illustrate large scale terrain and battles in the Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game, and is appropriately credited within article space.
