This image is under the fair use rational of Wikipedia because is it a promotional photo for Lee Min Ki and Chae Rim's new Korean series, Dal-Ja's Spring, it does not create any harm whatsoever to the production of the series, and is edited in some ways so that it is not the exact replica of the original work. It will only be used in the pages that are related to the photo. Photo taken from a magazine, scanned, and made smaller for the fair use rationale of Wikipedia. Also edited, by removing small side portions of the photo.
