You reverted two articles because you said Kendall Park was not part of Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey. Oh really? The postal district covers portions of both South Brunswick and Franklin, and people living in both municipalities consider the area between Bunker Hill Rd. and County Rt. 518 to be "Kendall Park." Why did you revert it? Now I know that being from Maryland you know much more about New Jersey communities than I do, but you're wrong about Kendall Park.

SVG can be scaled up to infinite size, because it's vector-based. Besides, we at commons:Commons:WikiProject Flags try to make all SVG as correct as possible. ;) —Nightstallion (?) 22:12, 13 March 2006 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for expanding the American-led boycott of the 1980 Summer Olympics, however I am not sure about Nicaragua because they are already mentioned at 1980 Summer Olympics - what source did you use to update this? -- Astrokey44|talk 00:26, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

I found the list of additional countries in a NY Times archive here - [1]. This archive only lists 54 countries (not 64 or 65 as noted in the article). You may be right about Nicaragua though, since it appears there were some Nicaraguan athletes at the 1980 games. Perhaps those athletes competed under the Olympic flag, and not their own? [edit] crummy svg versions of US flag images

I see you recently replaced all my beautiful high-resolution png US historical flags with wrong, ugly svg versions. See this post of mine at the talk page.

Anyway, I made a nice layered svg file with all the historical flags: Image:US Flag All Historical.svg, but I don't have time to export the image several times with different layers showing, upload all the images to commons, and then systematically replace all the uses of these flags throughout wikipedia. If you like though, that would be good, as the current svg flags are really quite crappy. I'd be sad if they continued to mar the once-beautiful flag page into perpetuity. ;)

Also, in the future, if you're going to make big changes like this, users who created the original content would likely appreciate a heads up. Thanks!

FYI. I appreciate the edits that you have done on switching of the flag icons from FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 1993 to FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2005. One thing I need to tell you is that the edit you did on the ru iw on the 1993 was not the best thing to do because I had to go to another iw to get the correct link for the Russian language Wikipedia.
