There seems little point in having individual article for these two stamp series as it will be another 993 years before any more Millennium stamps could possibly be issued in the UK. It would be better to use this an as an article about Millennium stamps issued by any country and that would make it a better article altogether. {{Republic of Ireland|Ireland]] issued stamps for the Dublin millennium in 1988 and that would add content. I an certain there are others but that requires some research. ww2censor 14:56, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

I agree, there seems little point in having individual articles for these two issues. Better to merge the two into one article covering all Millennium stamps, issued by any country during 1999-2000. The GB issues could do with some more detail on the subject matter of the issues etc., will have a stab at that when I get time. ColinBoylett 10:14, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
