[edit] Dab needed?

The suggestion to merge w/ 24-hour clock (the target of the Rdr 24-hour time) should also consider the sense of (US? NATO?) military time "zones", most notably Zulu Time Zone (what lks to it), which (apparently, per Zulu (disambiguation)) is UTC.
(Are they really zones? I.e., i doubt Zulu time is mandated for planning military operations within specific boundaries near the longitude of Greenwich, as opposed to likely to be used when

  1. the primary area of ground operations is near there, or
  2. the primary area of ground operations has UTC +0 as local civil time, or
  3. there is no primary area.)

In any case, perhaps the accompanying main-namespace page should be a Dab between 24-hour clock and this topic, or at least have a ToP Dab (hatnote).
