- Ms. Trask was also a co-founder of Ka Lahui Hawai`i and served as its Kia Aina (Prime Minister) for several terms... She was the elected leader of that group when it organized the Sovereignty march at the Centennial anniversary of the overthrow (Jan 16, 1993) whereby some 20,000 people marched in awareness.
