Both of the external links went nowhere when I placed the db template. I've replaced them with the links above and removed the db template. I will further review the article's body for notability tomorrow, when I have more time. In the meantime, I have partially asserted Milan Kymlicka's notability by providing links to two of the television series for which he composed musical scores.
