Milton Blain

Milton Blain (1924— ) is a retired civil engineer who played a pioneering role in the industrial development of parts of Central Queensland in particular Gladstone, Queensland, Australia.

He was born in Southern Queensland in 1924, was educated in part at St. Joseph's Nudgee College, Brisbane and joined the Australian Army during World War II serving as part of the Royal Australian Survey Corps.

He studied to become an engineer and has lived in Gladstone since the mid 1960s.

His youngest brother was the actor, Brian Blain.
