Milton-Union High School is a public high school in West Milton, Ohio. The schools name is derived from the town in which the school lies (West Milton), and the township of which it serves (Union Township). It is the only high school in the Milton-Union Exempted Village Schools district. Their mascot is the Bulldog.
The school met eleven of the twelve indicators on the 2006-2007 Ohio Department of Education report card (graduation rate 84.8%, below the 90% requirement).

The Milton-Union Exempted Village School District was formed in 1936 when the Milton Village District and Union Township District merged. The present building was erected in 1938 and has been renovated and added to many times during it's existence.

Milton-Union competes in the Southwestern Buckeye League (S.W.B.L.) in the Southwestern Division.
The Bulldogs hold the most S.W.B.L. football titles with seventeen: 1948, 1952, 1954, 1959, 1960, 1962, 1966, 1969, 1971, 1972, 1975, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1981, 2006, 2007
