Milly Ashford (ミレイ・アッシュフォード Mirei Asshufōdo?) is a fictional character in the Sunrise anime series, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. She is voiced by Sayaka Ohara in the original Japanese and Julie Ann Taylor in the English dub.

Milly is Lelouch Lamperouge's busty friend at Ashford Academy. She is the granddaughter of the school superintendent, Ruben K. Ashford, and president of the student council, Milly enjoys teasing Shirley Fenette and is eager to discover Lelouch's weaknesses — enough so to organize a school chase after a cat she believed to hold something valuable of his. She is aware of Lelouch's identity as a former prince of Britannia, since her family were close supporters of his mother, Empress Marianne. Their nobility was stripped after her death. Milly is also secretly in love with Lelouch, but realizes the need to restore her family's status by marrying a noble. In second picture drama special included on the DVD release states that her grandfather and Nina's grandfather worked on the Io and Ganymede Knightmare Frames.

Midway through the first season, the Ashfords, wanting to restore their status, arrange a marriage interview for Milly with Earl Lloyd Asplund. Lloyd seems to consider the wedding a pretext for gaining access to the Ganymede Knightmare Frame, left to the school following Marianne's death. Nevertheless, he does come to her rescue when the Black Knights take over the school, evacuating the students in his airship.

In the second season, Milly is still a student at Ashford Academy, having deliberately failed her examinations to remain with her friends. In the eighth episode, she watches the opening ceremony of the Special Administration Zone of Japan with Shirley and Rivalz, and is surprised when every participant dresses exactly like Zero. She comments on how Zero has reduced himself from an idol into a symbol. In the following episode, she travels with Lloyd to the Chinese Federation to attend the Empress' wedding. She is reunited with Nina and is happy to see her. Nina, however, finds her attitude condescending and accuses her of using both her marriage and Ashford as a shield. Milly is left at a loss for words.
