Milltown International Bridge
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Milltown International Bridge is an international bridge, which connects the communities of St. Stephen, New Brunswick in Canada and Milltown, Maine in the United States, across the St. Croix River.
St. Stephen is also connected to the community of Calais, just east of Milltown, by the St. Stephen-Calais Bridge. Construction is expected to begin in 2008 on a second bridge connecting St. Stephen and Calais. The new bridge, currently scheduled to open in 2009, will serve primarily commercial trucking traffic, while the current bridges will remain in use for passenger vehicles [1].
