Milledgeville is a village in Fayette County, Ohio, United States. The population was 122 at the 2000 census.

Milledgeville is located at 39°35′35″N, 83°35′15″W (39.593121, -83.587608)[3].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 122 people, 46 households, and 36 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,202.2 people per square mile (471.0/km²). There were 53 housing units at an average density of 522.3/sq mi (204.6/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.36% White and 1.64% African American.

There were 46 households out of which 26.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.0% were married couples living together, 4.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.6% were non-families. 15.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.65 and the average family size was 2.92.

In the village the population was spread out with 19.7% under the age of 18, 5.7% from 18 to 24, 30.3% from 25 to 44, 31.1% from 45 to 64, and 13.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 125.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 127.9 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $38,750, and the median income for a family was $47,917. Males had a median income of $31,875 versus $25,625 for females. The per capita income for the village was $17,045. There were no families and 4.4% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
