The Millcreek Mall or Millcreek Mall Complex is a one-level shopping mall and shopping complex located about five miles south of downtown Erie, Pennsylvania, between Peach Street and Interstate 79, in Millcreek Twp. Millcreek Mall is the 12th largest mall[2] in the United States. The complex opened in 1974. Due to Pennsylvania's lack of sales tax on clothing, the Millcreek Mall attracts many visitors from Ohio, New York and Canada. The complex features over 241 stores and restaurants and is owned by Cafaro Company.

The Millcreek Mall Pavilion consists of stores including Borders, Old Navy, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Linens 'n Things, Gander Mountain, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Dick's Sporting Goods, Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery.
The mall property is also home to several restaurants including Max & Erma's, Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill, Outback Steakhouse, The Fox and Hound Pub, Red Lobster, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Arby's and Aoyama Japanese Steakhouse, which is located in a former Chi-Chi's.
A Homewood Suites and a Fairfield Inn also sit on the property. Regal Cinemas began construction of a 12-screen movie theater in 2000, but after filing bankruptcy four months later, the cinder-block shell of the structure stood as a huge eyesore for nearly 7 years, until it was finally demolished to make way for a TownePlace Suites in early 2008. The former Blair store, has been converted into a technical school. The Ames department store which has sat empty for over five years, became All Seasons Flea Market [1], with new and used items. Also on the property is Cinemark 6, a discount movie theater.
A Men's Wearhouse, Pier 1 Imports, PETCO, OfficeMax, GameStop, David's Bridal, Toys "R" Us and many smaller stores also occupy land on the site of the Millcreek Mall.
