Millbrook High School is a high school located in Winchester, Virginia. The school is one of three high schools in the Frederick County Public School System. It is one of the newest schools in the area, having been established in 2003, intended to relieve overcrowding at nearby James Wood High School and Sherando High School.

Millbrook High School plays in the AA Northwestern District. Despite its short history, it has established strong programs in golf, cross country, basketball, track, baseball, and wrestling, earning numerous district titles and back-to-back regional runner-up and regional titles in basketball.
In 2007, Linebacker Butch Kaczmarzewski was named to the Virginia AA All-State first team and Northwest District Defensive Player of the Year by the Winchester Star.
On March 15, 2008, the Millbrook Boys Basketball team, coached by Scott Mankins, won the VHSL Division AA State Championship.
On March 8, 2008, The Millbrook Wrestling team came in 4th place in the VHSL AA State Championship with three wrestlers becoming state champion these wrestlers where Wes Heavner, Mike Walterbeak, and Derick Borley.
