Mill Creek is a tributary of the Willamette River whose watershed drains a 110-square-mile (280 km²) area of Marion County, Oregon, United States.[1] It passes through the cities of Aumsville, Stayton, Sublimity, and Turner before emptying into the Willamette in Salem.[1] The creek originates on the south edge of Silver Falls State Park.[2]

Salem's first gristmill and sawmill were built on the creek in 1840-1841 by members of the Oregon Mission.[2]
