Mill Bay is a small village in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, on Islandmagee. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 93 people. It is situated in the Larne Borough Council area.

The Ballylumford Dolmen is better known to locals as the Druid's Altar. Historical artifacts have been recovered by archaeologists from under the dolmen, which would appear to have stood over a burial chamber of ancient times. It is situated on the road between Mill Bay and Ballylumford.[1]
