Milk salad
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Milk salad is made of strained yogurt, cucumber, and garlic.
In Serbian and Croatian, this (Greek) tzatziki-like side-dish is called "Tatarska Salata", or "Tatar Salad", possibly related to Tatar Sauce because of a similar composition. It is often eaten with ćevapi, a Yugoslav barbecue specialty.
In Bulgaria it is sometimes called "sukh tarator" (сух таратор — dry tarator).
