Milford Mill High School (MMHS) is a four-year public high school in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. It is located on the west side of the county close to the Baltimore City border just outside of the Baltimore Beltway.

Milford Mill Academy is located on 3800 Washington Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. The school was named after the area, which was called Milford where a local mill was a large part of the economy.[2] In 1992, after several years of modernization, students returned to the school after being housed at at temporary facility. The school then renamed itself Milford Mill Academy, after being named Milford Mill High School for many years. The school borders three other high schools in Baltimore County - Pikesville High School, Woodlawn High School, and Randallstown High School.[3]

The graduation rate at Milford Mill High School was 80% in 2007, the lowest it has been in 15 years.[4]
Though the student population has dropped from its 15-year high of 1600 students in 2003, though enrollment is much higher than the 834 students in 1993.

In July of 2007, a shooting victim was found on the track at the school. He had been shot several blocks away, but fled to the campus where he collapsed.[13]
