Milan "Lola" Smiljanić (Serbian Cyrillic: Милан "Лола" Смиљанић; born November 19, 1986 in Kalmar, Sweden) is a Serbian football player currently playing for RCD Espanyol as a midfielder.

Smiljanić played for FK Partizan before signing for Espanyol. He had taken on huge responsibilities at his club and became team captain despite his very young age. He was recently one of the most important elements on the Serbia national under-21 football team and his performance at the 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship in the Netherlands, in which Serbia reached the final, had earned him the interest of many European clubs.[citation needed]

Smiljanić is nicknamed "Lola" and became famous for his regular misplaced declarations to the media.[citation needed]
