[edit] Plot
A writer named Philip Padgett who lives next door to Mulder becomes the prime suspect in a series of killings. Scully is unfortunately one of the main characters of his story.
[edit] Notes
During a pan of the cemetery, a gravestone is marked Salinger. This seems to have been an obvious literary reference to J.D. Salinger.
The gravestone marked Salinger is the same stone used in the Fox television series Party of Five. The Salinger's were the parents of the series main characters Charlie, Bailey, Julia, Claudia, and Owen.
[edit] Guest Star/Stars
John Hawkes as Phillip Padgett
