Hi. I think you are misxing up user pages with articles, including biographies. A userpage is your personal page on Wikipedia and if you are Mdfischer, your userpage will be User:Mdfischer not Mike Fischer. If you want to write a biography of Mike Fischer, you can do so but that would not be a userpage and should not be prefaced by "User:" By the way, if you really are Mike Fischer, please read this and this.
