I remember that day well. Herman strolled down the street,content with life."Hi,Herman!" shouted Shirley from the window of her apartment.Miko and Cheeko,bouncing on a trampoline,waved.Rocky was trying to fly with his propeller beanie, with little success.It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining, birds were singing,and multicolored flowers glistened with dew. The beauty of that day was only countered by the darkness yet to come...
