Michael Maxson is a Educator and Technology Engineer from North Carolina.
Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, he attended Southern Guilford High School and graduated from Ragsdale High School in Jamestown NC. After graduation he attended Western Carolina University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Radio-Television Communications. After Western Carolina, during the 1990s, he held several Information Technology and Mass Media positions, and for 8 years worked for New Horizons Computer Training Center where he was one of the very first 32-Bit Windows Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers and Microsoft Certified Trainers in the State of North Carolina, and the very first Microsoft Certified Sales Specialist Trainer in the Triangle Area. Also, in addition to Windows Networking systems he also taught standard SQL, Lotus Notes, many Office and Graphics applications, and web site design applications. Also, at this time he became involved in Computer and Network Security developing plans for several IT Businesses and Organizations. Currently, he’s working as a Career and Education Teacher and Technology Coordinator at a Middle School in Durham, NC.
Michael Maxson lives in Creedmoor, NC with his wife Kelly and their three children Alexandra, Michaela, and Teresa Ellen.
