Mike Richmond (Born on 18 January 1978 is a musician who has worked both in the live forum with traditional instruments and electronically. From 1992 onwards he worked on the music for several projects on the Commodore Amiga computer, most notably on some instalments of the Black Dawn series by Digital Fiction author Andrew Campbell. He also produced music for games such as Aquakon and the aborted Fortress 2 for Lee Bamber, who went on to create Dark Basic. He also wrote for the OctaMED users group's magazine Total Irrelevance for several years.

After the Amiga computer ceased production, Richmond moved onto live music, spending nine years writing and playing guitar in the critically acclaimed Kingston Upon Hull band still life. Richmond left the electronic music scene behind, only returning once to OctaMED in 2000 to produce a remix of their track Lips, 'The Touch of an Angel'.

In 2005, Richmond left still life to join country rock band The Raindogs and eventually linked back up with some of his still life colleagues in Circus Envy in 2006. He is also considering resurrecting some of his Amiga projects to offer for download on his website.
