I am Mike Cline, Vice President Operations, Venturist Inc. I have worked as a software and presentation designer, programmer and strategic planning consultant with Venturist, Inc. since 1996. I have experience with Visual Studio .NET, ToolBook and many other software applications. I currently program strategic planning tools to support consulting operations and teache strategic planning concepts to global companies. Before that, I was a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for 23 years with experience in major felony fraud and criminal investigations; and counterintelligence investigations and operations. I am a Lt. Col. Retired from the US Air Force after 28 years of service. Over the years I have lived happily in Texas, Tacoma Washington, Great Falls Montana, Anchorage Alaska, Washington DC., Watford England, Woodbridge England, Sembach Germany, Istanbul Turkey, Angeles City Philippines, Saigon RVN and now in Slapout, Alabama. I recently and proudly purchased a second home in Bozeman, Montana in which to spend my autumn years.

I live on Lake Jordan on the Coosa River near Wetumpka, Al as as such am making contributions to articles on and related to the Coosa River and Tallapoosa River. Additionally, my Fly Fishing passion compels me to contribute to Fly Fishing and related articles.

Since beginning to fly fish in the early 1960's in Southern California, I've accumulated over 400 titles of fly fishing literature. I am very proud of my collection and trust it will help me be a better wikipedian in regards to the fly fishing and related articles.
