I was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I graduated with a degree in English Literature from the University of Alabama. For the past 3 years, I have lived in Narashino, Japan, where I teach English in Narshino's junior high schools.

I mainly work on articles about Japanese mythology, although I occasionally write and edit articles on other subjects as well.
