Can I just make sure that, when you added the text of the pamphlet to Great Bridge, the copyright holder is completely aware that they are giving anybody the right to reproduce this text, not just having it appear on Wikipedia. Anybody who adds text to Wikipedia releases their rights under the GNU Free Documentation License.
