Mikolas Ales is a very notable painter and I only need to gather a few more sources before I can expand the article, the subject matter is in my opinion very important.--The Dominator (talk) 07:32, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

If more sources are gathered, then the article MAY be considered by administrators, but in the mean time, in my oppinion, you have used sources only from the artist website, and someones personal page, which may be biased or incorrectly sourced in their own right. With all due respect the artist's website is not a biased source, it's not like the artist himself has created the website, he's been dead for almost a century, trust me this man is a national icon in the Czech republic, more notable than many other articles about the Czech republic many that have no sources at all.--The Dominator (talk) 07:51, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
Also note that he has been on the Wikiproject Czech Republic's wanted article list for a while now.--The Dominator (talk) 08:01, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
