Perhaps if the article would be enriched with bio details, it will cause less notability questions? ellol 20:05, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I do not know much about his biography. I am usually more interested in writers' works. Chronolegion 14:00, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Try his website in Russian, there's much of bio info. ellol 06:02, 26 January 2007 (UTC) Imho his works on Diabetes, his educational/scientific background, work of him as a translator -- all worth mention. Tho, I haven't read other sources. ellol 06:04, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability

The article currently does not seem to establish notability per WP:BIO. It consists maily of plot summaries, which should not be included in this way per WP:NOT#PLOT. What would be needed are indepedent sources, not his homepage or the web site of his publisher. I will re-add the notability tag; the date counter starts new, so there is some time dor editors to add material before the article is reconsidered. --B. Wolterding 12:03, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
