[edit] Work in Progress

I don't know if anyone else will be editing this, but I'm just working to help this page grammatically etc. Thanks for writing this necronudist, as it is basically right with just a couple of errors. If anyone would like to contest my edits, or suggest something just tell me. Remember this IS a work in progress, so this page is not finished yet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Canutethegreat (talkcontribs) 21:57, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

-) Thanks to you, to keep this update and correct. Just one thing: why did you do this? AFAIK he is, indeed. Thanks again! --necronudist 10:41, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

Are you sure Jason Muzzatti isn't the first? Muzzatti played for the Whalers in 95, and Rosati played in 99. Canutethegreat 21:57, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

Well, Muzzatti played in the NHL before obtaining italian passport and playing for Italy. In fact he played for Canada in 1992-93 [1][2] and he came to NHL as a Canadian. Rosati played in the NHL after obtaining italian passport and playing for Italy (1993-94[3][4]), plus he never played for Canada. --necronudist 09:57, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

What about the OHL? Rosati was born and played in Canada before he moved to Italy to play. Are we basing it on who played in Italy first and then the NHL? If the criteria is fot who obtained an Italian passport and played for Italy first what keeps Jarri Kurri (though not of Italian descent, he played in Italy for a year in 1990) and others from taking that claim? Canutethegreat 23:52, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Jari Kurri AFAIK never obtained Italian passport, and, however, never played for Italian national team... --necronudist 09:57, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Oh I didn't know you meant the Italian national team. Anyways, its not a big deal, I'll add that statement back to the article, and I will work more on this, but I've been busy recently. Canutethegreat (talk) 05:12, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

ok :-) thanks again. --necronudist (talk) 10:33, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sources

I've pretty much finished grammatically editing this page. I'm going to see if I can add any more detail. Again, just tell me if you want something fixed or if something is incorrect. In the meantime, I will be trying to work on some sources. Canutethegreat (talk) 03:56, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

It's all ok for me, just made a little edit. --necronudist (talk) 09:59, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
