Mikuni Awara Line

The Mikuni Awara Line (三国芦原線) is a line of the Echizen Railway Company connecting the Fukui city to Mikuni in the Sakai city. It passes through the cities in the northern part of the Fukui Prefecture. There are some tourist attractions along the line, such as Awara Onsen, Tōjinbō, among others. Keifuku Electric Railroad serviced the line before February 1, 2003, when the line changed hands to the Echizen Railway, who has serviced it since.
