According to expert opinion, Mikhail Abyzov is one of the best anti-recessionary top-managers in Russia [2].

Mikhail Abyzov has graduated the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Moscow State University.

Since 1993 Mikhail Abyzov worked as a top manager in different Russian fuel and power sector companies. In July 2007 Abyzov has got a position of the Chairman of the board of directors in `E4 Group`.
