Mical L. "Mikey" Hoeven is the wife of Governor of North Dakota John Hoeven, and therefore is the current First Lady of North Dakota.

Hoeven is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Minot State University. Hoeven is an advocate of education and for the prevention of underage drinking. She has been married to her husband John Hoeven for 25 years, and they have two children; Marcela and Jack.
