Mike Van Ryn (b. May 14, 1979 in London, Ontario) is a professional ice hockey defenceman who currently plays for the Florida Panthers of the NHL. He developed his hockey skills in the Byron Minor Hockey Association.

Van Ryn was drafted in the 1st round, 26th overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. In June 2000, Van Ryn signed as a free agent with the St. Louis Blues.

In March 2003, Van Ryn was traded to the Florida Panthers for Valeri Bure and a conditional draft selection in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

Van Ryn resides in Plantation, Florida, and enjoys boating and fishing in his spare time off the ice.
