Mike Scott (hockey)

Mike Scott (born April 4, 1977 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada) is the current left wing player (#21) for the ECHL team Alaska Aces. After the Aces five game victory over the Gwinnett Gladiators to win the 2006 Kelly Cup, he was named the Playoff MVP for the 2005-2006 season with a total of 11 goals and 10 assists in 22 postseason games. He is also the captain of the Alaska Aces for the 2006-2007 season.

Throughout his career in the ECHL, Scott has been placed into (and removed from) the AHL to play with the affiliated Aces team, Peoria Rivermen.

Before playing for the Aces, Scott was a part of the UAA hockey program where he was a leading goal scorer.
