Michael "Mike" Salmon (born July 14, 1964 in Leyland, Lancashire) is an English football player and coach. He is currently the reserve team coach at Arsenal, assisting Neil Banfield

During his playing days, Salmon was a goalkeeper, best known for his ten year spell at Charlton Athletic. He started as a trainee with Blackburn Rovers, and had spells with Chester City, Stockport County, Bolton Wanderers and Wrexham before joining the Addicks in 1989. In and out of the first team at Charlton over the years, he made 148 league appearances, before finishing his career at Ipswich Town. He retired in 2002 and took up coaching.
