Michael Patrick Quinn (born April 15, 1974 in Las Vegas, Nevada) is a former American football quarterback in the NFL for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Dallas Cowboys. He also had a brief stint in the Canadian Football League for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Quinn attended Robert Edward Lee High School in Houston, Texas and was a student and a football letterman. In football, he was an All-Greater Houston selection and an All-State Honorable Mention selection. He from Robert Edward Lee High School in 1992.
