Michael John ("Mike") Minogue (born 2 October 1923) was a National Party politician, lawyer and mayor.
He was Mayor of Hamilton, New Zealand between 1968 and 1976, when he resigned to become a Member of Parliament. He strongly opposed the policies of his own party's leader, Robert Muldoon because of his classical liberal beliefs.
He represented the Hamilton West electorate until the 1984 election, when he lost his seat to Labour Party challenger Trevor Mallard.
