Mike McGlinchey (December 28, 1944 – March 24, 1997)[1] was the ninth head football coach for the Frostburg State University Bobcats in Frostburg, Maryland and he held that position for four seasons, from 1992 until 1995. His overall coaching record at Frostburg was 30 wins, 11 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him third at Frostburg in terms of total wins and second at Frostburg in terms of winning percentage. [2]
He also coached at Salisbury University and Central Connecticut State University. He died of Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in 1997.[3]
