Michael "Mike" Martir (born February 8, 1981, in Mission Viejo, CA) was an American football quarterback.

Martir was an All-Conference and All-CIF selection in football and baseball at Sweetwater High School in National City, California. He amassed 12,542 yards in 4 years and owns most of his alma mater's passing records. Martir also owns 8 different Section passing records. Martir was recruited by many NCAA Division I-Bowl Subdivision (formerly known as Division I-A) schools despite his small stature. Martir was a member of the San Diego Union-Tribune's All-Academic teams in his junior and senior years. In his final game, Martir went 13 of 17 for 177 yards for the South in the 9th Annual Alex Spanos All Star Classic.

Martir graduated from Sweetwater in February, 1999 to enroll at San Diego State University in time for spring drills. As a redshirt, Martir stayed with the Aztecs for his Freshman year. Martir transferred to Rice University, where he saw limited action.
