Mike Dolce (born April 15, 1976 in Belmar, New Jersey) is an American professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. He has fought nationally for the Portland Wolfpack of the International Fight League and is a cast member of SpikeTV's The Ultimate Fighter 7, which airs in the Spring of 2008.

Dolce is the son of a NY firefighter and Division I women’s college basketball player.[1] An all-state varsity wrestler, Dolce began MMA training to get back into shape. His first lessons were in jiu-jitsu and after he performed well against a professional fighter, he gave up his well-paying job as a Municipal Tax Assessor in New Jersey to pursue a career in professional fighting. He moved to Oregon in February 2005 to begin a career as a professional Mixed Martial Artist.

His wife Brandy is a journalist and small business owner.[2] Mike currently writes a monthly column for Extreme Fighter Magazine and is publishing his first weight loss manual, "The D O L C E Diet", in 2008. He also works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for many of the top athletes in Mixed Martial Arts[3] and serves as an instructor for Team Quest in Portland, Oregon.[4]
