Mike "Goose" Degurse born on October 4, 1974 in Amajinnang, Ontario is a minor league hockey Forward who has played in the Southern Hockey League, the Central Hockey League, the Western Professional Hockey League, the Ontario Hockey Association, the Quebec Senior Professional Hockey League, the South East Hockey League and the Southern Professional Hockey League. Teams played for include the Winston-Salem Mammoths, the Huntsville Channel Cats, the Topeka ScareCrows, the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, the Corpus Christi Icerays, the Petrolia Squires, the Laval Chiefs and the Huntsville Havoc. Mike was a member of the Huntsville Channel Cats championships in 1999 and 2004. Mike’s number 33 has been retired by the Huntsville Havoc in 2006 but he return later to play late in the 2006 – 2007 season wearing number 28.
