Mike Bannister (born 1949) is an airline pilot. He is most famous as the chief pilot of British Airways Concorde, a post which he held from 1995 until its withdrawal from service in 2003. He joined the British Airways crew of Concorde in 1977 where he became its youngest pilot, ending with the last ever flight which was captained by Captain Les Brodie and where Bannister acted as co-pilot.

Bannister keeps rare Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pigs and this led to his colleagues assigning him the nickname 'Porky'.
Bannister has three children.
When Mike had to leave British Airways for three months in 2002, Captain Warren Tonkinson who was a senior pilot of Concorde took over his role as Chief Pilot. Tonkinson was trained to fly Concorde and 747, he later left British Airways to work for the RAF.
