Mike Akhigbe

Mike Okhai Akhigbe is a retired Vice Admiral of the Nigerian Navy. He served as the de facto Vice President of Nigeria during the Abdusalami Abubakar military junta from 1998 till the termination of military rule in 1999. He had also previously served as Military Governor of Nigeria's Lagos State and Chief of Naval Staff.
