Wilhelmina Petronella Ardina Maria ("Mijntje") Donners (born February 4, 1974 in Den Bosch, Noord-Brabant) is a field hockey striker from the Netherlands, who played 234 international matches for the Dutch National Women's Team, in which she scored 97 goals.

Donners made her debut on April 1, 1994 against South Korea (4-1), and was a member of the team, that won the bronze medal at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics. Four years later she captured silver at the 2004 Summer Olympics. She retired from international competition after the Athens Games. Donners was nicknamed Goudmijntje, meaning Goldmine, for her ability to score at important moments during the game.
