[edit] Nature of court proceedings

Why is he going to court? Was he barred from Olympija because he's deaf, or is this a contract problem? If so, good grief, there have been deaf players in the North American National Hockey League (Jim Kyte for one, who was legally deaf and didn't have a hearing aid); why would there be a problem in professional basketball? --Charlene 00:47, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

  • As best as I can figure out, it's a contract problem. — Dale Arnett 05:22, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
