Mihindu "Myya" Ariyaratne, born October 29, 1988 in Sri Lanka, is the lead vocalist, Frontman and rhythm guitarist for the Sri Lankan heavy metal band, Nemesis.

He was officially announced as the new vocalist cum guitarist of Nemesis in October 2007.

He was initially auditioned as a rhythm guitarist for Nemesis, who at the time were in need of a vocalist as well. On arriving at the audition, the band jokingly asked if he could sing, to which he had modestly replied that he could manage. However, on singing Audioslave's I Am The Highway, he was immediately recruited.

As an eastern influenced vocalist, having studied Indian cultural music while in school, he is mainly responsible for bringing the eastern musical elements into the band. Amongst his eastern influence are Zakir hussain, A. R. Rahman and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
