Mihai Ghimpu

Mihai Ghimpu was born in 19 November 1951 in the city Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. He is a jurist and a politic person, the president of the Liberal Party of Moldova and the president of the city council of Chisinau (since August 2007). He is an uncle of the Chisinau mayer, Dorin Chirtoacă.

Mihai Ghimpu was born on 19 November 1951 in village Colonita, city Chisinau [1]. He studied law at Moldova State University. He was one of the founders of the Popular Front of Moldova.
